The organisation of our basic structure enables us to expand
production by up to 50 percent within a very short space of time.
But we can also rapidly shrink back to the original capacities, if required.
Our ideal organisational structure and financial independence make this
possible, supported by our stable and experienced core staff.
They are characterised by their excellent qualifications, regular skill
enhancement and further training as well as particularly low staff turnover.
We are able to adapt the size of our company to match current requirements
thanks to flexible schemes for working hours, access to leased employees and
a well-developed network of different assembly firms in our region
– who take on assembly tasks for us on their own premises or at our plant
in accordance with our organisational and quality guidelines.
Production takes place in our generously-sized factory with space of
20,000 m², which can be allocated to suit the needs of individual projects.
Our computerised warehouse has space for over 15,000 production
palettes. Our quality and risk management are consistent and certified
to ISO 9001:2008.
